Key Responsibilities:

• Room Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and organize guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to the hotel’s exacting standards.

• Attention to Detail: Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues, missing amenities, or damage, and promptly report them.

• Linen and Laundry: Replace bed linens, towels, and other room supplies, ensuring freshness and presentation.

• Guest Interaction: Respond courteously to guest requests, providing impeccable service with discretion and professionalism.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and minibar items.

• Health and Safety: Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines to maintain a pristine environment.

• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with other departments, including front desk, maintenance, and food services, to meet guest needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury or 5-star environment.
